Inspired by the site next to Lumphini Park — Thailand’s first public park founded by King Rama VI, our design captures the festive yet timeless spirit of community gatherings where people came to eat, play, and share moments together.
Begray was commissioned to design “Parkside Market” for Central Pattana PCL, a lively F&B space of over 4,000 sq.m., and the largest F&B project we’ve ever created. The goal: to celebrate locality, joy, and everyday life.

We also drew from the charm of Bangkok’s modern era, when shophouses, old cinemas, and street life reflected both elegance and energy. These stories shaped our concept — EAT • PLAY • LIFE, a reinterpretation of the fairground culture for today’s urban lifestyle.
