VALA Hua Hin is a boutique resort that seamlessly blends minimalistic modern design with the rich heritage of the legendary Regent Cha-Am property, which has been a landmark for decades. The design team faced the challenge of renovating and transforming the existing structures to align with contemporary aesthetics.​

Embracing current design trends, the architects and designers focused on creating spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing, incorporating clean lines, open spaces, and a neutral color palette to evoke a sense of tranquility and sophistication. Natural materials and textures were carefully selected to harmonize with the coastal environment, enhancing the connection between the indoors and the surrounding landscape.​


This property is a boutique resort comprising 97 rooms and villas, ranging in size from 46m² to 107m². The accommodations include 84 deluxe rooms and mini-suites, as well as 13 villas, each featuring a private salt-water swimming pool. ​The property is located in Cha-Am, Petchburi, Thailand, is a luxury beachfront resort that offers a blend of modern design and natural beauty. The resort provides a variety of accommodations and facilities designed to cater to diverse guest preferences.​

Begray has been awarded to provide interior design consultancy for the guest rooms and all common areas. Its Room Types include:


  • Deluxe Room: 45-50 sq.m rooms located on upper floors, offering expansive views of green landscapes and the ocean from private terraces. ​

  • Family Room: 60 sq.m family-friendly accommodations featuring a king bed, bunk bed, in-room play area, expansive terrace with an outdoor bathtub, and proximity to the playground and Family Pool. ​

  • Deluxe Sea View: Similar in size to the Deluxe Room, these rooms are situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors, featuring spacious outdoor balconies with sea views and interiors decorated in calming, natural color palettes. ​

  • Mini Suite Pool Access: 60 sq.m suites that open onto a scenic swimming pool or offer sea views, with close proximity to the main pool and resort facilities, and include an outdoor terrace and spacious indoor living area. ​


The luxury villas including Pool Villa Garden, Pool Villa Sea View, and Pool Villa Beachfront, each offering private pools and exclusive amenities. ​
